Professor Marc Edelman, Esq.
Hon. Marc Edelman is a full-time professor at Barry University School of Law, where he writes in the areas
of sports law, property, contracts and antitrust.
A pioneer in the field of fantasy sports dispute resolution, Professor Edelman has been playing fantasy sports since 1989, and resolving fantasy
sports disputes professionally since 2001. Professor Edelman is a graduate of Michigan Law School and a former associate with the firms Skadden,
Arps, Slate, Meagher Flom LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP.

Matthew Cohen, Esq.
Hon. Matthew E. Cohen is a graduate of Hofstra Law School where he was a member of Hofstra's Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He was first appointed to the SportsJudge Court
of Fantasy Sports in February 2007. Mr. Cohen has played in competitive fantasy sports since 1998 and has been commissioner of his fantasy baseball and fantasy football leagues
since 2001. In addition to serving as a member of the SportsJudge Court, Mr. Cohen is responsible for authoring the "Where Are They Now" column on SportsJudge Blog and maintaining
the docket of our court's past rulings.
Hon. Joseph C. Romano is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and the Sports and Entertainment Law
Society. Mr. Romano has over ten years of experience running fantasy sports leagues, and is amongst the court's experts in the areas of baseball, football and hockey. He also has
played competitive ice hockey for nearly 20 years and serves as an Assistant Coach at Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh, PA. In addition to his role as a Deputy Justice, Mr. Romano
is the Chief Operating Officer of SportsJudge.com and Editor-in-Chief of SportsJudge Blog.
Brett Smiley, Esq.
Hon. Brett A. Smiley is an attorney practicing commercial litigation in New York. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and earned his BA from the University
of Pennsylvania where he lettered four years on the Varsity Sprint Football (lightweight) team. He has competed in fantasy sports for over a dozen years and serves as one of
SportsJudge.com's football and baseball dispute resolution experts. Mr. Smiley joined the SportsJudge team in the fall of 2007 and also contributes to SportsJudge.com's football
and baseball coverage in his column "Smiles & Frowns" where he focuses on roster decisions, dilemmas and strategies.

Rob Burckhard holds a bachelor's degree from Binghamton University and a master's in Sports Business Management from Manhattanville College. Mr. Burckhard has been participating
in fantasy sports leagues since 1999 and he worked in minor league baseball and college athletics before beginning his current job in the sports analytics industry. Mr.
Burckhard's writing has been featured in Street & Smith's Sports Business Daily and he currently authors a SportsJudge Blog bi-weekly column on Major League Baseball.
Chris Carmona is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he received his degree in business while majoring in Sports Management and Marketing. Mr. Carmona's sports
background ranges from working as an executive assistant at ABC Sports to high school basketball assistant coach as well as broadcasting for the Cape Cod Baseball League.
Currently, he works for the Texas Rangers in Arlington, Texas as a clubhouse assistant for the visiting teams. Mr. Carmona contributes a weekly column on the SportsJudge Blog titled
"And Now You Know!" which focuses on fascinating, yet largely unknown, facts and tidbits about the sports world. He also directs the Fantasy NASCAR section of the SportsJudge and
coming this fall will be leading the Fantasy Football division.
Timothy D. Cedrone
Tim Cedrone is a Cum Laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where he was the Symposium Editor of the Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. Mr. Cedrone's law
school studies focused on the intersection of sports and the law, and he has published multiple articles in the area of sports law. Mr. Cedrone is a seasoned fantasy sports
participant, and is the commissioner of a long-running fantasy football keeper league. During law school, Mr. Cedrone was a law clerk for the National Football League and
the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority. Mr. Cedrone will be a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, during the 2009-2010 term.
Mr. Cedrone is a regular contributor for the "Sports and the Law" and "Dollars and Sense" columns on the SportsJudge Blog.
Brian Doyle is a graduate of Seton Hall University and currently attends Suffolk University Law School and covers baseball and
college basketball on the SportsJudge Blog. Mr. Doyle joined SportsJudge in January 2009 with years of experience as a fantasy sports owner. He has previously worked in the
Dominican Republic and he has been a guest writer for Deadspin.com. Mr. Doyle currently works for the Cape Cod Baseball League where he is web editor, co-editor of publications,
and a statistician.
Paul S. Haberman, Esq.
Paul Stuart Haberman, Esq. is an attorney at the New York law firm of Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, L.L.P. Mr. Haberman is also a New York State licensed boxing manager and the Chairman
of the Sports Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers Association. He contributes to the SportsJudge Blog from time to time on the legal aspects of professional boxing and mixed martial arts.
Juliann L. Haynes is a third-year student in the day division of Duquesne University School of Law, where she is a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and a
staffwriter for Juris Magazine, an ABA award-winning publication. Ms. Haynes has played in competitive fantasy football leagues for several years and is a recent addition
to the SportsJudge Blog Fantasy Football team.
Chris Stanley is a member of the Class of 2010 at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he served as Vice President of
the Sports and Entertainment Law Association and is a candidate to receive a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mr. Stanley received
his bachelor's degree from Ohio University in 2007 where he double-majored in Finance and Business Law. He serves as the resident PGA Tour expert on the SportsJudge Blog and co-authors a weekly
Jordan Zucker received her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Pennsylvania and is currently pursuing a career in Hollywood. As the founder of Girls' Guide to Fantasy Football, Ms. Zucker serves
as commissioner of an all-female fantasy football league and has dedicated herself to raising women's participation in the game. While urging women everywhere to join a league,
she is confident that once invested, a whole new crop of sports enthusiasts will emerge. Ms. Zucker played "Lisa the intern" on the hit television show Scrubs
and recently appeared as a special guest on The Food Network's Grill it! with Bobby Flay.
